[MonoDevelop] creating monodevelop add-ins

Hello,

According to the tutorial i found at:
http://www.monodevelop.com/Creating_a_WWW_search_AddIn

i should find a file  MonoDevelop.Base.dll  but actually I can't find it
(using Ubuntu 0.10 package from Dapper). I tried also looking at 0.10 and
0.11 rpm files, but still i didn't find it. Questions:

1)  is there any change on this that must be updated on the tutorial? should
I link the compilation to another DLL?

2) Is there any way to refer the project directory that is at a moment
opened within monodevelop add-ins? I would like to generate automatically a
cs file and insert it in the opened project.
