[MonoDevelop] Monodevelop on Win32

I'd like to help in some way with this, but I've so far kept Cygwin off my main
Windows box after reading about the 'magic' 1.5.7 release and incompatibilities
with the latest Gnome, etc. I've wondered if using VS or SharpDevelopbuilding
to build a common MonoDevelopCore.dll for the essential Core components on
Win32 (Addin engine, etc) would be a useful thing to do, so that the Addins
could be tackled one by one for porting problems. Or would it be better to sort
out a sane Cygwin environment for deploying the standard autotools build system?
So far I'm using Paco's experimental installer with good results on all the
Gtk#, etc stuff I've transferred onto Win32, so many thanks once again for all
the hard work that has gone into this.
