Yup, that is a very good point, I had forgotten about this.

Maybe we need a setting "Run with this language" or "Test with a given
language".

I love the idea of this plugin, I was watching a presentation in GUADEC
about Mono internationalization, and was thinking "Man, we need a plugin
to do this".
