[MonoDevelop] Welcome Page System.DllNotFoundException

I found the following problem after I compiled the latest svn source
code and try to run MD. The exception is a DllNotFoundException, so I
had a look at the referenced file, and it does exists in the specified
location. I have a MD 0.10 installed on the same machine and the Welcome
Page works for that version but not for the latest version. I also
checked that I do have gecko# version 2.0 installed. Please error
message at the bottom of the email.

Please advise if I am missing something or configured something wrong. 

Any advise would be much appreciated. I am planning on working on adding
Web References capabilities to projects. This would require that i get
the Gecko.WebControl to work from trunk. I know Luis has done some work
on this previously, so will work from what he has done, and port some of
the functionality from SharpDevelop.
