[MonoDevelop] Generics in CC

I've fixed the problem. I think the changes are ready to be applied.

Alejandro, you may of course use the changes already (before they are 
committed). I will not make any more changes to the code completion API 
- the generics are finished for now. I will only fix any bugs that will 
show up. So, Alejandro, you have a green light.
