[MonoDevelop] Using gmcs to compile MonoDevelop

I'm using gmcs to compile the SVN version of MonoDevelop in my local
machine using
CSC=/usr/local/bin/gmcs ./autogen.sh

However, I don't know why, C# code completion gets out: it only works
for methods in the project. If I type System., I see in console |System|
and then something like "0 results", so I think there is some error in
code completion when compiled with gmcs.

In my opinion, MD should change to Cecil 0.2 and gmcs (I am writing an
add-in that needs to use generics, and need it), because they are stable
enough, and would make things easier.
