[MonoDevelop] about buttons and icon on tabs

Opera has a similar "Close" button on every tab, but it is configurable. So
yes, i don't see any harm in keeping it as an option.

And i don't see the point in comparing MD with Gedit, Gaim etcetra.
First MD is a development tool so little bit of flexibility is a good idea.
