I guess I don't have any fundamental problem with using the Solution /
Project terminology, but it seems confusing to me that the user is asked
to choose a Project template from the "New Solution" dialog.  I would
think that we should have both Solution templates and Project templates,
and that both would have their own "New" dialog.

I think that would go a long in differentiating what we actually mean by
Solution and Project.
