Yes, cetainly, this sounds great! Monodevelop needs an Xml editor, and
I'd certainly use one, so this would be most welome. I would also be
interested in it as a starting point for an ASP.NET source editor.
It's likely that you could get it into the main MonoDevelop tree,
which would make it easier for people to get hold of it.
