[MonoDevelop] debugger integration

My ears pricked up when I read "GUI designer"

The GUI designer in many platforms is the cause of many badly designed
applications, in particular untestable applications. It would be cool
if MonoDevelop could break with the "tradition" of automatically
creating bad code for GUIs. I'd be glad to help, if help is wanted.
