[MonoDevelop] debugger integration

So, we must be patient... I think it will be an important milestone. In
my opinion good debugging + good code completion + GUI designer =
increased productivity for developers.

I know that we were waiting on the command line debugger to stable,
reliable, and complete before updating the MonoDevelop integration.
As far as I know, we still are and no one is currently working on the
MonoDevelop portion.
