[MonoDevelop] .po file issues

Hi.

I just tried running msgfmt in po with the -c argument. This revealed
a lot of problems in most .po files. Many have a missing Plural-Forms
entry (info can be found here:
http://www.gnu.org/software/gettext/manual/html_chapter/gettext_10.html#SEC150)
and some have wrong format strings or missing format string which
possibly will cause crashes.

I have updated the da.po file, but the others need to be updated by
the respective translators.
