[MonoDevelop] WIndows forms Solution

I believe the question Buddy is asking is whether or not work is being
done on a Windows.Forms designer such that just as there is a File >
New Project > GTK# 2.0 Project there would be something like File >
New Project > Windows.Forms project.  And as far as I know, no, no one
is working on such a thing.

I would love to see this incorporated into MD as I'm sure many others would.
