[MonoDevelop] Addin example and MonoDevelop logo

hey,

     I was trying the "Extending the Project Pad" example
(http://www.monodevelop.com/Extending_the_Project_Pad) and I found the
code was from an older version of monodevelop. I remade it and now
works with MonoDevelop HEAD. I uploaded the new version here:

I don't have a Wiki account myself, so can someone revise my code and
update the web page? Because I was planning to write some Monodoc
Addin this weekend but I spent a lot of time trying to figure how to
compile the example.

I made a logo for MonoDevelop but I think some kind of public
competition would be great:

Any suggestions? I have an SVG version if someone wants it.
