[MonoDevelop] Internet links from welcome page don't work

Thanks, that worked.
Still I would prefer to see this setting in the preferences dialog of 
monodevelop.
Gimp has this setting in the preferences -> helpsystem dialog.

(The time might come, that people use monodevelop even on windows...)
