[MonoDevelop] Internet links from welcome page don't work

Well, I am not sure how it all works, but if you are able to
successfully run MonoDevelop, then you must have the necessary gnome
libraries installed.

Perhaps you can just run the preferences application from the command
line:

gnome-default-applications-properties

If you don't have that, then I am not sure.
