[MonoDevelop] Upcoming 0.9 release

Hi.

I was just wondering what criteria are used to judge that a bug is a
showstopper? In bugzilla there is a bug with critical priority. Should that
not be fixed before release? Also should we not be better at filling out the
severity too? Then we could define some rule that we should never release if
there are bugs with a severity above some defined value. Any thoughts on
that?
