[MonoDevelop] Edit References dialog

Wooooow! I was just thinking about doing it just exactly as you say it
(except for the pkg-config stuff) I have some desing made with glade 
you maybe want to see.

I send the glade file because it's smaller and i don't have any hosting
for letting the screenshots.
