The issue is that your DefaultEditingLayout.xml has some sort of
conflict with the new one. If you still have the old one, please file a
bug and attach it so we can fix the issue in SVN.

That goes as well for anyone else who is able to replicate this, as we
would like to get it fixed, but to my knowledge, have been unable to
find a xml file that causes it.
