[MonoDevelop] Compiling MonoDevelop

The current project files are not really complete, they are only the
bare minimal that was necessary for me to run MD from with MD.  Keep in
mind you also will need to have run make first as it copies the addin
files to the right place, etc.  I expect over the next few weeks a some
of these kinks will be worked out.

P.S. Interested people should feel free to send patches to fill these
holes (i.e. the other language addins, extras, etc.)
