[MonoDevelop] Compiling MonoDevelop

I want to compile MonoDevelop solution from within MonoDevelop 0.7.1 itself. 
I've downloaded the latest source from svn, latest mono, debugger and 
gtk-sharp. When I run build solution, I get the message saying that (as I 
can remember) gtk-sharp, gnome-sharp, etc.. cannot be found. I have 
recompiled gtk-sharp using bootstrap-2.4 build script and installed it, but 
the problem was not solved. Also I've noticed that when you edit project 
references Mono develop doesn't show the full GAC content. Please advice 
what do I need to do to compile the MonoDevelop?
