[MonoDevelop] Moving SVN repo, website, etc.

I think it only makes sense to move to the mono wiki if MD can have its
own main page, with its own sections and look and feel on it. I don't
know if this is technically possible.

If it is not, the solution could be to move the current MD wiki to
monodevelop.org and use it as main web site. It would be much easier to
maintain and update in this way.
