[MonoDevelop] new cmbx file format

Hi,
I updated MonoDevelop to 0.5.99 version that use a new version of .cmbx
file format (MonoDevelop ask me for converting them)
But it seems that this new format is not compatible with latest
SharpDevelop on Windows (1.0.3).
Why breaking compatibility ?
I don't know if i'm alone but I use to develop on Windows & Linux and
compatibility between those two apps was a good feature.
