Hi, I've been trying to make monodevelop 0.9 to work on my machine but I
can't get the syntax highlighting to work. I'm running SuSE 10 and I
downloaded all the RPMs for this distro from the mono website. I used Yast
to install all the RPMs and everything installed without problems but when I
try to run monodevelop I get the following output:

2005-12-31 01:02:50,138 [1076132512] ERROR
MonoDevelop.Core.ILoggingService[(null)] - Type '
MonoDevelop.Components.Commands.CommandSystemCommands' referenced from
add-in 'MonoDevelop.Ide' not found.
Launching a SCIM daemon with Socket FrontEnd...
Loading simple Config module ...
Creating backend ...
Loading socket FrontEnd module ...
Starting SCIM as daemon ...
GTK Panel of SCIM 1.4.1
Socket already in use

and NO syntax highlighting anywhere. I tried going to:
Edit->Preferences->Text Editor->Syntax highlighting I can see that the
"Enable syntax highlighting" box is checked but there is nothing to select
on the "drop down menu" and the "Elements" box is empty. Does anyone know
how to get syntax highlighting to work?

Thanks!
