[MonoDevelop] about choosing plateform

hii i new to mono asp.net application. i have a application on asp.net but i
want to port on linux(open source). so which linux is best for me.
i have some option like-----redhat 9, fedora core4
I need your help for these. and also how to install mono on these and
staring running web application.
