Do note, Jacob, that "starting MonoDevelop" and getting a properly
initialized MonoDevelop runtime doesn't necessarily mean starting the
UI.  This can be automated from a build script, and the tester need
not be presented with any X interface at all.  This also decreases
glitches introduced by human interaction.
