[MonoDevelop] Database Browser

I havent done any testing on the sql server stuff as i only support free
databases. bug reports are very welcomed.

there is a lot planned for monoquery in the future. building databases
with a gui, building queries into your application, autocompletion of
sql code, building strongly typed wrapper objects, etc. at some point id
like to get strong integration with nhibernate. let me know any features
you would find useful.
