[MonoDevelop] Subversion integration

I have a port of the asp.net based subversion viewer that has some
interesting methods. Partly invoking svn and partly the svn data from
the svn folders. Doesn't do much though other then showing the latest
version, who updated it, and the revision. Also has a button to update
but it just invokes the command line process.
