Right now that is true.

I will talk to steve (who runs our servers) about getting it accessible
via http.

If/When that happens, I will post to the list.

Are you able to get your network administrators to open the required
port?

Or you could go somewhere else that is not firewalled to download the
source, and update, and develop whereever.
