Similar for me! I have an Gentoo AMD64 system, using Mono 1.1.1 from CVS. I
tried MonoDevelop 0.5.1 and SVN HEAD. 

The other packages are those needed by the MonoDevelop 0.5.1 ebuild:
gecko-sharp-0.5-r2, gtk-sharp-1.0.2, icu-2.8, gtksourceview-sharp-0.5,
monodoc-1.0.2. 


Starting MonoDevelop (0.5.1, but same for HEAD):


Deleted /home/martin/.config/MonoDevelop/CodeCompletionData/mscorlib_1.0.5000.0_b77a5c561934e089.pidb
Creating DefaultWorkbench
