[MonoDevelop] Help me starting in MD development

I know this is somewhat late to answer this, but I want to remind you
all about the piece I wrote about this topic:

I think it is ready for inclusion on the website as a tutorial (a link
atleast). I am also planning to write a similar piece about adding your
own pad - if someone is interested.
