[MonoDevelop] Suspected Project layout changes

Hi guys,

I suspect someone has made some changes to the project format in MD,
since I am no longer able to compile my monobot MD project.

It seems that the project configurations are all set to target="WinExe"
which was previously not even an option. This is regardless of whether i
set the target in the project options dialog.

This leads me to believe that the project options dialog and the actual
project file are no out of sync, hence my suspicions that someone has
changed the project format.
