[MonoDevelop] New mapping : ICSharpCode -> MonoDevelop and ICSharpCode.SharpDevelop -> MonoDevelop stuff

Hi guys:

As explained in the subject, I just did a big commit, mapping :

ICSharpCode -> MonoDevelop and ICSharpCode.SharpDevelop -> MonoDevelop

This is a move towards flattening our name space to have clearer codeunencumbered by unnecessary name spacing.This
touches 750 files so I thought it was important enough to bementioned in the mailing list. So don't fear next time you
update, I'mthe culprit for the all the  file changes ...
