[MonoDevelop] Licensing concerns.

To bring this to an eventually conclusion I hope, the following is what
I have decided.

My personal contributions where applicable in the past and in the future
are licensed under the MIT X11 license. This is completely acceptable
and does not violate the GPL in any way, as this code will be available
under the terms of the GPL (note, under the *terms* of the GPL, not
under the GPL).

Right now, we will not be accepting any future contributions to
MonoDevelop that are not under the MIT X11 license. A decision will be
made in the near future if copyright assignment and/or relicensing of
past contributions is required.
