[MonoDevelop] Licensing concerns.

Hello Bernhard,

   Thanks for the various pointers to the GPL, it confirms my beliefs
that non-GPL plugins are not possible with MonoDevelop.  The good news
is that those willing to relicense their contributions under the MIT
X11 license can do so.

   It is also unfortunate, because the improvements in MonoDevelop that
made it handle large volumes of data can not be added back to
SharpDevelop without AlphaSierra loosing the rights to relicense the
code, something they could get for free if they relicensed the
SharpDevelop code as used in MonoDevelop under the MIT X11.

   Anyways, I do not particularly care, but I do care that we have lost
one of the main developers.
