[MonoDevelop] Monodevelop on windows

Just to make things clear. MonoDevelop started as a GTK#-based fork of
SharpDevelop. Some implementations done in MD are so interesting but
not easy to backport to SD that uses WinForms, that some people is
working on a port of MD to windows (keeping GTK# in place).
