[MonoDevelop] Monodevelop on windows

Michael,

We have a few people working on the MonoDevelop-windows scene. Their=20
progress is coming along and it is important to us to have win32=20
support. Although, a stable build is probably not going to be=20
incredibly soon. Join some of us on irc.gnome.org #monodevelop if you=20
would like to contribute to the monodevelop community.
