that was the libgtksourceview-cil package (0.5-1)
the full list is (sorry):

ii  libgtksourceview-cil 0.5-1
ii  libgtksourceview-common 1.0.1-2
ii  libgtksourceview1.0-0 1.0.1-2

so, i don't think it's a debian thing.. but what i did wrong? do you 
have some other steps for me to check where i'm wrong?
