Thats why. Complain to the debian package maintainers. They are doing
something wrong here. gtksourceview-sharp requires a certain
gtksourceview version, and I guess they have decided they don't need it,
and you get to pay the price. The desired version is libgtksourceview
1.0. (Which incidentally, includes a csharp highlighting file on its
own.)
