So Diagnostic.Process class should be ok, also, yu don't really have the
choice, the system need to be able to play those files, or if not and don't
want to add dependencies, then yu need to fully write CODEC !!!

Play means: I have winform that display list of files, which contains swfs,
pdfs and mp4 files. On the click event have to display/play that particular
file.
