[Mono-winforms-list] Solution or Hint to Play Vedios, Flash Files and PDFs

So Diagnostic.Process class should be ok, also, yu don't really have the
choice, the system need to be able to play those files, or if not and don't
want to add dependencies, then yu need to fully write CODEC !!!
