[Mono-winforms-list] DataGridView problems

There, file a bug for Mono / Class Libraries / Windows.Forms.

DataGridView has been getting more love since Ivan N. Zlatev has been taking
care of fixing things, starting after Mono 2.2, but it still has rough
edges, just like Windows.Forms as a whole... Anyway, feel free to also file
the bad perf bugs.
