[Mono-winforms-list] Bug compiling a resource (*.resx)

Seems like a bug in mono's resource compiler, please open a case at mono's
bugzilla.
Meanwhile you can run the version compiled in Windows in Linux with mono
(just the binaries, not any non-managed installer it might also build)
