I have the same problem. I found daily builds here:
http://mono.ximian.com/daily/
...but libgdiplus is missing. So, the question would be: Could someone
provide us the latest libgdiplus build for Windows, please. I know, as
said at MWF blog, "it's a bitch to build all these packages for all
platforms", but maybe someone already has one for Windows... please.
