You still have problems because the fixes you want are not in that DLL. You 
need to either build from source, or wait for the next release. You also 
need to update libgdiplus, which is compiled for each platform.

Could someone please send me the latest mwf dll.  I have downloaded
the one from the mwf page but I am still having issues with it.  The
one I am currently running is revision 44775.
