[Mono-winforms-list] Re : Win32 API shared libaries - working...(kinda)

Finally got it!

For anyone else out there who has trouble, the command is:

`patch -p0 Wine-20030318.tar mono-wine.patch'

from a directory containing both files.

Seems simple.  I think I had the two files switched all along.
