[Mono-winforms-list] Let us get this right..

There is one other thing we should consider. By fully implementing SWF
and making it "cross platform" we are supporting it. That meens anyone
else who wants to be .NET compatable will need to support it as well. We
should consider the ramifications of supporting something like this.
