[Mono-winforms-list] Let us get this right..

I completely agree that look and feel of Wine apps on the various
desktops is an issue that will need to be addressed.  Since SWF doesn't
define any special desktop behavior for any platform ( task bar docking,
etc), those bits will have to be specific.  Perhaps a good 3rd party
library can help with that.
