[mono-vb] Console Window??? SOLVED

Apologies!

I upgraded Mono but I neglected to upgrade Mono-Basic.
With 2.6 all is well and the DOS prompt is gone.

I have used http://badgerports.org/ to upgrade to Mono 2.6.7-3ubuntu1~dhx1
but the DOS prompt still appears.
I will have a go at compiling 2.8 from source.
