[mono-vb] mono-vb and project files

I'm using coding conventions straight out of the vb.net tutorial on 
http://www.java2s.com/ if that's any help.  I don't have Xwindows running 
on my debian box it's all command line interface.  I'll check apt-cache 
and see if there's a command line tool to build project files though on 
debian.  Thanks much for the pointers.
